Of Monsters And Men | The Mouse Parade Tour | Vilnius
For the first time in Lithuania: Of Monsters And Men and their album All Is Love and Pain in the Mouse Parade!
General on-sale starts on 12 December at 10:00.
One of the world’s most beloved Icelandic indie folk/rock bands, Of Monsters And Men, will finally arrive in Vilnius to perform their very first show in Lithuania.
During the concert, the band will present their brand-new fourth album, All Is Love and Pain in the Mouse Parade. The title reflects a theme that vocalists Nanna Hilmarsdóttir and Ragnar Þórhallsson often explore from two different perspectives. The album delves into “the duality of things – where there is love, there will inevitably be pain. You can’t have one without the other,” says Nanna.
Vocalist Ragnar Þórhallsson adds: “In a way, it’s an album about growing up, but it’s also about coming home — reconnecting with the past.”
The band's success story began fifteen years ago in Iceland, when they triumphed in the Músíktilraunir competition. This victory instantly caught the attention of the music industry and led to a record deal with the prestigious label Republic Records. Their debut album My Head Is an Animal became a breakthrough hit, climbing into the U.S. Top 10.
Blending alternative rock with folk influences, the group is best known for global hits such as Little Talks, Dirty Paws, Mountain Sound, and many others. OMAM’s songs have conquered the internet and captured the attention of audiences worldwide.
Today, the Icelanders continue to show boldness and constant evolution on stage: their live performances feature dynamic use of synthesizers and genre-blending experimentation. Arriving in Lithuania, the band comes more daring and creatively free than ever, ready to share their inspiring energy with the audience.
