Description
Innerdance is a deep-breathing sound meditation where music, gentle touch, and scents help shift your brain into a deeply relaxed state.
During the session, you will lie down comfortably on mats and pillows with your eyes closed. We will play carefully selected music and live sounds, while essential oils and incense fill the room. Step by step, your body will relax, and your mind will naturally turn inward.
It feels a bit like a waking dream. In this state, your brain calms down, allowing moments of clarity and deep insight to surface. You might feel a sense of oneness, deep love, or simply peace. It’s a chance to let go of control, trust the moment, and listen to what your heart wants to say.
